marketsheet ("we", "us") provides a browser-extension tool for organizing public listings from Facebook Marketplace. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and a hashed password when you register.
• Subscription data — subscription status, expiry date, and payment channel, needed to gate access to the tool.
• Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any listing data. Listings and their details remain in your browser and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

2. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and provide the extraction service.
• To manage your subscription and process renewals.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details or banking credentials. Lemon Squeezy processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We only receive subscription status and billing metadata needed to activate your subscription.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service (such as the payment provider and hosting), and where required by law.

5. Cookies & sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. The browser extension stores an authentication token and your extraction history locally in your browser.

6. Data retention

Your account and its associated subscription data are retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Your rights
